Once you get certified, a whole new world opens up for you to explore.  Whether you dive in local lakes, quarries and ponds or you wander to the far corners of the earth, there is underwater adventure awaiting you.  And oh for the opportunity to see what is below!  We have been assisting divers for thirty years in finding a dive destination that suits their needs.  We offer group travel (and this is a great way to make new friends - many who travel together year after year) and individual trips.  We try to offer 3 or 4 international dive trips each year and fill in with offshore South Carolina, Lake Jocassee, wreck diving the Graveyard of the Atlantic to meet the needs of those who prefer local diving.  We also welcome dive-alongs on our openwater training trips to the Florida springs during the colder months.  Ms. Merriweather offers a mystery trip every other year and has lots of repeat divers who don't even want to know the location until they arrive.  Whenever you decide on a dive destination, give us a chance to help you plan your trip!

Unexpected events can occur at any time and cause delays or even cancellation of your vacation. We strongly recommend that you protect your vacation investment with trip insurance.  Any trips leaving the country will require a valid Passport for participation, Even to the Bahamas.

2012 Dive Trips...

Bonaire - June 23 -30, 2012

Are you ready to dive Bonaire again?  We are returning to Divi Flamingo Beach Resort next June for an 8-day/7-night adventure.  It is our favorite hotel due to easy diving by boat or shore and location to town.  Help us search for seahorses, turtles, eels, lobster and all kinds of marine life that live in Bonaire's beautiful turquoise waters.  There are 145 air-conditioned rooms and studios, an open-air terrace restaurant, the Calabas bar, the Chibi Chibi Restaurant, swimming pools, a casino, an excellent spa, and top-notch dive facility on premise.

This trip includes round trip airfare from Charlotte to Bonaire, airport transfers in Bonaire, welcome rum punch or fruit punch, 7 nights accommodations in a studio room (these rooms are located across from the dive shop and have screened porches), full breakfast daily,  a Pasta Dinner for the group one night,  2-tank morning boat dives for 5 days, 1-tank afternoon boat dive for 6 days, unlimited shore diving and shore night diving, taxes and service charges, tips for dive crew and Bonaire Marine Park fee.  Cost for this great adventure is $2050.00 diver and $1850.00 non diver.  For single occupancy add $600.00.  A deposit of $300.00 per person holds your spot with the balance to be paid no later than April 20, 2012.  Travel insurance can be added for $143.00 per person and a passport is needed.  This trip fills fast so get your deposit in soon!

4th Mystery Trip -  May 19 - 26, 2012

Are you ready for our 4th mystery trip?  Join, Serena, next summer on Wateree's fourth MYSTERY DIVE ADVENTURE.  We promise a memorable trip that includes good food, good diving, fun, fellowship and lots of lasting memories!  We will give clues throughout the year, but will only divulge our destination at our "Get Acquainted Meeting" next May.  Note:  You will need a valid passport to travel.

This trip includes round trip airfare from Charlotte, transfers, 7 nights accommodations, daily breakfast, food and beverage credit, 5 days of 2-tank boat dives, sunset cruise, taxes and service charges and tips for dive boat crew.  Not included are meals not listed above, bar bill, equipment rentals, personal expenditures. 2012 - Grand Cayman - December 31 - January 7

Hop our USAir flight out of Charlotte and you will be relaxing around the pool by 2:00pm.  Join us as we bring the New Year in at Sunset House in Grand Cayman.  Grand Cayman offers an array of underwater delights:  turtles, eels, seashorses, lobster, and all kinds of beautiful marine life that abound in the turquoise waters that surround the island.  Topside we'll explore the turtle farm, do some shopping, visit Stingray City,  try some of the local restaurants and visit Hell....

This package includes round trip airfare from Charlotte, airport to hotel transfers, 7 nights accommodations, welcome rum punch, full breakfast daily, 2-tank boat dive per day for 6 days, unlimited shore diving on dive days, taxes, service charges and tips for dive crew.  You only provide your dive equipment, meals not listed, bar bill and other personal expenditures.  We are even planning a dive on the USS Kittiwake (this will have an additional charge).  Price based on double occupancy is $2250.00 per personfor divers and $1680.00 per person for a non-divers.  Call to reserve your spot which requires a $300.00 per person deposit with the balance due October 10th.  Travel insurance is highly recommended and can be added for $125.00 per person.  Space will be limited so sign on today.  I'm looking forward to celebrating this New Years in Grand Cayman, please join me.
