Join Dan Campbell the week of May 17 – 24, 2008. We have reserved twenty spots on the Nekton Rorqual and are looking forward to exploring the Cay Sal Banks. They are situated about 30 miles north of Cuba in a remote area of the Bahamas. You will explore, weather permitting, spectacular walls and blue holes. This area offers some of the best snorkeling and diving in the Bahamas.
Trip departs Ft. Lauderdale at 8:00pm and returns the following Saturday arriving port at 8:00am. Some of the areas you will dive are South Tuna Alley, Victory Reef, Sistine Chapel, Shark Hole and lots more. Your cruise includes accommodations based on double occupancy, all diving activities, all-onboard meals and snacks, refreshments, scuba tanks, weight belts and government fees, fuel service charge, Bahamian departure taxes, and T-shirt. Alcoholic beverages or carbonated beverages are not included, but there is no corkage fee if you bring your own alcoholic beverages. They will also take you by an ABC store before embarking. Also, you will be responsible for boat personnel tips (between 15 and 20 percent).
Price is based on double occupancy: $2030.00 per person
Deposit is $400.00 per person with the balance paid on or before February 15, 2008. If any price increases occur due to fuel or government taxes these will be passed on to you.
If you are single and traveling alone you may receive the double occupancy rate if you don’t mind possibly sharing your cabin. If you prefer to guarantee your own cabin a 50% surcharge is required.
If you are a repeat guest, you are eligible for a $100.00 off the cruise rate.
Unexpected events can occur at any time and cause delays or even cancellation of your vacation. We strongly recommend that you protect your vacation investment with trip insurance. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. If you cancel more than 180 days prior to departure you will be refunded 50% of your deposit. If you cancel from 180 to 90 days prior to cruise you will forfeit 75% of your deposit. Any other cancellation fees will be at the discretion of Nekton Diving Cruises. No refunds of deposits, cruise fares or any fees, taxes or fuel surcharges will be granted for cancellations within 90 days of departure. No refunds will be granted for non-appearance on the date of departure.
You need a valid passport to participate in this trip and you need to complete a diver’s packet from Nekton Cruises.
